A very good, heavily illustrated book on Belgian colonial propaganda about
the Congo (in Dutch but the illustrations say enough) is:
Luc Vints, _Kongo Made in Belgium_, Kritak, Leuven, 1984.
You may have to seek this out in Belgium or via inter-library loans.
