Clara, Thanks so much for forwarding this to the list--I was completely
shocked to see my diss for sale too! (and many others who graduated from U
Maryland). I would strongly encourage everyone to check out this site. I
have already posted a letter of complaint to the web site owners and have
cc'ed their advertisers (including the NY Times and Lingua Franca).
Contentville may not be concerned about our legal rights but I'll bet their
advertisers are more sensitive to the financial repercussions. Please keep
the list updated on this. Liz DeLoughrey
