Subject: postcolonial student associations? graduate programs?

Hello,

I am an undergraduate student greatly interested in entering the field of postcolonial studies after I graduate. Are there any scholarly associations out there that offer undergraduate membership programs and provide a discussion space for aspiring scholars? Also, in my understanding most departments in the United States engaging with postcolonialism tend to be Literature and/or interdisciplinary programs. I would like to head more in the direction of Philosophy, although I am also looking at other options including the Rhetoric department at Berkeley and the Humanities program at Johns Hopkins. My second question is which, if any, Philosophy departments in the United States offer strong academic support in postcolonial studies. Where else might a philosophy-oriented person like myself look to find graduate preparation in postcolonialism?

Thanks very much,
Andres
