Dear Louise Portal, Ségolène Roederer and Attila Bertalan: Since 1982, Les Rendez-vous du cinéma Québécois has never hired anglophone visible minorities for key positions. This exclusion of nearly two decades is profoundly undemocratic and does not reflect the current bi-lingual and multi-racial nature of Montréal. Why are anglophone visible minorities not present in key positions within Les Rendez-vous du cinéma Québécois? The picture of a black person on the front cover of your catalogue is phony window-dressing.
