While some calls for papers/conferences get posted on this list, the most
comprehensive posting list for conferences with literary subjects that I
know of is the Literary Calls for Papers Mailing List,
CFP-AT-english.upenn.edu, Full Information at http://www.english.upenn.edu/CFP/

At the website you can search by topic, and "Postcolonial" is one of the
topics (there are several other closely related topics too, so you may want
to search a few different ones). That should give you a fairly
comprehensive listing of what's going on in terms of literary conferences.
