i guess the idea that the victor is one will not go well with the 
maha-theorist of hibridity - homi bhabha.

Sophisticated enough?

Of course, aala hazrat. the point i was trying to make was that maybe "we" 
should look at something that can be called "the will to sophistication" 
and try to look at sophistication as an instrument of (dis)enfrenchising 
some forms of knowledge production -- sophistication as a technique of 
exclusion and inclusion. why is it that discourses of hybridity claim 
"complexity" for themselves while and declaring non-hybrid or manichean 
discourses as binary and therefore, ipso facto, not-so-complex? can one see 
some ideology/discourse of sophistication at work here? monopolising 
sophistication for hybridity seems like a epistemic legerdemain, no?

mirza sahib, will it be possible somehow to get some of your papers that 
were published in the journal of philosophy (is it titled illumination?) 
published at government college?
