Subject: poco epistemology

we are running a general course (for 2nd yr. students) on
philosophy and theory where epistemology has a slot of 5
lectures. not unexpectedly, there's no felt need, among my
colleagues, for a poco or feminist perspective to be included. in
fact, it is assumed that that there's no such thing as a poco or
feminist epistemology. can any one suggest texts, issues,
strategies for rectifying the sitaution?
