Subject: Re: white men saving brown women from brown men again?

It is all very sad. However. Perhaps some finger
pointing toward the so-called state of the Taliban, a
state closer to a gang of thugs, would be in order. If
the women of Afghanistan end up freer by virtue of the
current wicked campaign of the western alliance, more
power to them. However shouting about how bad the west
is will do them no good, no good at all. I am so weary
of the blame game. It is so predicable and
chock-a-block with resentment. The west is filled,
quite obviously, with its own mad war making lust;
having said that one must also recognize that the west
so-called is not a homogenous item. Sooner or later
the slaves must revolt for their own reasons and stop
blaming the so-called master for their own resentments
and ills. Of course one reason so many scorn Mister
Naipul is precisely because he is not shy to criticize
those who have made their own misery, no matter the
original misery creating machines of the former
empires of britain, france, etc. Let women, no matter
their colour etc. fight for themselves for their own
themes and creeds and let the others be banished. But
for goodness sake stop blaming and blaming without
discrimination
