<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV>Hello, I am looking for some online literature dealing with the sorry state of post-colonial africa.  </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I am seeking some balance to an argument I hear often about africa being in such a sorry state now due to the africans kicking out all the rich in the years after the Europeans left and nationalizing the economy and thus brining the nations of the continent to ruin and revolution.  Any comments or help with that?  </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>thanks,</DIV>
