Here's the latest scoop on the virus:
Please be aware of a new virus just surfacing:
W32.Badtrans.B-AT-mm
This virus is a MAPI worm that emails itself out as one of several
different file names. This worm also drops a backdoor "trojan horse" that
monitors your keystrokes and attempts to record logins and other
important information.
Please be sure to update your anti-virus program and virus definitions as
soon as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NORTON ANTI-VIRUS USERS:
Norton Anti-Virus may change your Internet settings when you update it.
If your connection or your e-mail is disrupted after you update, please do
the following:
1) Disable Norton's AutoProtect feature (find this by right clicking on the
Norton icon in your system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of your
screen). This should allow your connection to start working.
2) Re-enable AutoProtect. Your connection should remain on.
