dear marc cronin,
you do not discuss ireland in your report, and yet there is going on 8 
centuries of the very kinds of documents you desire that are written from 
the standpoint of the colonized irish people; as i am sure you must know, 
aside from the instituion of slavery, the colonization of the irish by the 
british has been one of the most brutal (and oldest) colonizations in world 
history. please advise as to whether your study involves only the countries 
mentioned, i believe it was two south asian and three african, or whether 
you mean to investigate the work of the british empire at large.
