In the sixties and seventies in the US,  such a person was sometimes called
an "Oreo" (referring to the chocolate cookie with the white cream filling).
It was a derogatory term for African-Americans who "acted" "white".  For
people of Asian descent, I guess you would have to pick another cookie.

Ashis Nandy has written about somewhat related issues for South Asia in
"The
Intimate Enemy."
