it wasn't bullshit at all. he's right. many on this
list pretend to be all intellectual (i hate that word,
but it seems to fit the egos) and opine over the
problems of a religion that's easy to investigate
because the media has placed it front and center with
it's 'war on terror,' so 'intellects' feel the need to
follow considering their opinions more valid because
'wow look at me i'm smarter than the squalid masses, i
have a phd,' as though it's worth anything anyway.

if you want to 'know islam' pick up the koran as your
starting point and cometo your own conclusions about
what islam is about instead of relying on someone's
whose already done it. go investigate on your own
istead of relying on a list.

for a bunch of phd's and 'scholars' you do a shitty
job or researching if you're relying on this list as
your oracle.

there is a vested interest in painting islam as a
horrible religion in the media, because how else do
they justify an assault on terror without some center
to target, which happens to be islamic countries with
their 'terrorist religion.' if you can't see this then
i have to question your critical and analytical
skills.

if you really care as much as you seem to then take
some time out of your day and do some investigating on
your own. then you'll be able to formulate your own
answer instead of waiting for other ppl to give you a
ready made answer to take to all your peers. but then
that would mean having your own idea which seems to be
hard apparently. if you really don't care and just
want to seem smart, then wait for someone to give you
an answer on what islam is about and what are the good
questions so you can ask them to get the good answers.

but how do you know they're 'positive western

maybe you should be asking why is islam the only
religion that is being looked at and what is being
hidden about the others. where's everyone on this list
when priests are raping little boys? what is it about
judaism that has allowed jews to dominate the US media
with their pro-zionist agenda? why are the hindus
massacring muslims in india since the partition? oh
wait islam is 'the' subject isn't it. yeah so who was
the postive writer on islam again? i need an easy
answer.

what's bullshit on this list is how everyone acts like
they're a fucking expert on a religion that most only
know through newspaper headlines, while pretending to
be ever so educated. and then ppl ask me why i laugh
at academia sitting in it's high tower of abstract
knowlwedge.
