Subject: Re: academic poco lists?


Can I add my voice to Omar's? I have been on this list for perhaps 3 or four 
years and one of the things that kept me interested was the fact that it 
never degenerated into personal attacks despite the extreme positions held by 
many on the list. How have we come to this impasse?
