I prefer to lurk on the list because I've found some participants less 
willing to engage in a dialogue toward our human liberation, a la Freire.  I 
remain a member because some very useful information is conveyed, IMHO.

I use this opportunity to say thanks to all who offer links, websites, 
articles, and everything else over the months and years that in turn 
facilitate my own classroom discussions with my students.
