Leila is an aspiring fashion designer. Haris is a conceptual artist. Leila's 
family want her to give up being a "tailor" and marry her cousin, a budding 
gangster.  FIREDANCER reports the elders' control of the Afghan community 
and the struggles of their children to assimilate.
