Right Krofts, wrong show, Hollis. My parents worked in a show called
"Les Poupee de Paris" first at the Seattle World's Fair, the PJ's in
Hollywood, then the Hacienda Hotel in Las Vegas, a total run of almost
six years. The show went to Broadway, but my parents moved to Hawaii
rather than following the show east. The show closed shortly after its
Broadway premiere, maybe they needed my folks. :)

"Les Poupee" was patterned after "Lido de Paris" with a lot of celebrity
puppets and naked wooden women. It was featured in a Playboy christmas
issue in the '60s and made a lot of money and a rep for the Krofts.
Also in the cast were Pady Blackwood who has theater in Texas, now;
Russel Gordonier, who I've lost track of; and Van Snowden who is lead
puppeteer for the Crypt Keeper on "Tales from the Crypt."
