Darn it, I miss all the best parties - actually, I was there but I spent
the whole time in the kitchen.....  (no, just kidding!)

Many apologies for not making it; I've just started working as scriptwriter
on a new CD-ROM title, and I'm mid-negotiations with the company; and I
just managed to get the services of a really good literary agent
(whoo-eee!)  The only time she could see me was (sob) Thursday 1 pm - which
is Wednesday 7pm your time.

I'm going to mark it in my diary for next week, so y'all be there!
