I have seen air mechanisms made from using condoms, rubber gloves, balloons,
and pistons.  An "easy" way to make a piston is to use large medical tube
feeing syringes that push pureed food thru tubes. Attach your tube to it and
the other end provides the air supply.   The syringe becomes a piston
(backwards thinking)  You can hook up a foot pump or a can of compressed air
to the other end (PROPEL).  But I haven't built much with air movement so I
can't help much more than this.   Ax
