Hollis, things that strengthen your neck hands shoulders and back.  Lifting
dumbells over head, curls, hand grips, etc. like Pulling the stretch spring
units. Start light and slow and build up.  Don't go crazy trying to do too
much, then stretch etc.  That's my workout advise.  That will give you a
good foundation.  HOWEVER - if you don't workout much and you do it too
close to a BIG performance it could even work against you by causing you to
reach a muscle burn prematurely in the show.  (because you've recently
stressed the muscles).   You need to do it for a few weeks and not over do
it right before the show.   Ax
