Subject: Memphis airport


I think that I will be attending an Orff-Schulwerk music teachers
conference in Memphis in November.  (I noticed that there will be a little
puppetry there too.)  I was calling some of the airlines this morning
pricing fares.  The airport shuttles will only be coming to terminal B
(Northwest Airlines).  If I come in to terminal A (Delta) or C (United) the
only way to get to the various terminals is to walk.   
 
My question is this:  Has anyone been to the Memphis airport?  How far
would I have to walk?  Is the airport huge or small?  For anyone who has
travelled a lot, how would you compare it in size to San Jose?  I don't
mind walking, but if it's like the Dallas airport last year, it would not
be advisable.
