P-Form is (I quote) "a journal of interdisciplinary and performance art".
It comes out about 4 times a year, and is currently run out of the
Randolph Street Gallery in Chicago.  The current issue has a focus on
puppetry (it was guest-edited by Blaire Thomas, a Chicago puppeteer)
and includes, among other things, an interview I did with John Bell
on this here list a while ago.
