Sounds good Nancy. I've always had a problem with balsa because it 
doesn't hold screw eyes.  Also, I need something a little harder 
for my hack and whack method of carving.(each of my marionettes has 
a little bit of me..<g>)  It might work for you though. Let me know 
 details of the process, if your neighbor is willing to disclose 
her methods. JJ
