Subject: AxTrax tapes

As many of you know I have put together performance tapes for non-vents who
want to use a puppet like a vent with the puppet's voice on the tape. They
are nicely done and quite a success for us...now here's the next step....

Vents are requesting the Intro music and the music beds etc. without the
voices so a vent can do the routine (and modify it) but have access to the
professional music as they need it. I myself want to do this in my shows
because the routines and the music are very well done. Anyway, here's a
question for anyone who has a thought on it.

How much space (10ths of seconds or seconds) should be in between the music
beds, in order to allow either a sound man or yourself to start and stop the
tape player? 2 - 3 seconds??

Also if we put like 6 shows together on a cassette....how much room would
you like between the shows? 30 seconds enough?

Thanks for the input. Feel free to send the replies via personal email to
save list bandwidth. Thanks!
