Hi Doug,
I received your message, as I've just joined the mailing list due to my
developing 
interest in marionettes.  Obviously I don't have an answer to your
question, but
did want to ask you - a fellow marionette fan - if you know of any good
resources 
(books, www sites, people, shows, ect.  - I live in Seattle)
about how to learn to build my own marionette, ect....
