Hi!

You may also want to contact Laddie Odom of the Rubber Monkey Puppet
Company in Chicago. You can reach him at laddieo-AT-aol.com. They use a laptop
computer to record and play back all of the music for their shows. Some of
the music they use is generated by traditional instruments played in
realtime and recorded on the computer, some is computer-generated as a file
and played back scene-by-scene, and some is created live on the computer
during the performance. Overall it has a surprisingly organic feel to it
and is very effective.
