Then you would have preferred "Artists need our respect........REGARDLESS of

I would venture that your "sexual preference" HAS been a factor in even your
own bookings and it certainly is or can be for others !  For example, are
you married ?  Do you have children ?  Are you a "known" Xtian ?  (Hmmmmmmm,
sounds like McCarthy, doesn't it ?  "Are you or have you ever been
associated with the Communists Party.....?").  If a puppeteer IS an "out"
gay, are you saying that it would NOT influence your opinion of his/her work
?  I think not !
