I have the Verna tape too that I bought in 1990.  It's wonderful.  I've
watched it several times and gotten most of the supplies, but haven't made
my first one yet.  I've used the techniques, though, to make other puppets
not in her style.

It's an actual workshop that was videotaped.  I talked to Verna at the
Ventriloquist Convention that year.....lovely lady and gorgeous puppets
with mouths that move!
