  I did get the survey, but didn't respond because I am not a professionally
performing puppeteer. So, I don't have feelings on the subject of
exclusivity. I guess my opinion that I gave only focused on the puppet
makers point of view because of that.

  However, I will ask a few of the local professional vents the questions
you ask. However, I know none of them have ever spent more than $300 on any
puppets. (probably no more than $150 for most of them)
