Dear Joe,

If it's exactly as you have told us, there is no way for htem to back 
out now.  In fact, reneogtiating your contract could actually end up 
losing you money.  I would stay with the current contract, but consult a 
lawyer as soon as possible.  I was able to return your request the first 
time so fast because I was on the internet when it got there.
