As one who uses puppets from time to time to share an important point, 
and who is always interested in learning more about the craft, I second 
you wish and hope that there can be more appreciation of the use of 
puppets.

A wise person once told me, as an upcoming pastor - I hoped - that with 
a puppet I could say things I would never get away with.  After over 15 
years in the trade, I can agree.  Puppets can drive a point home more 
readily than I could with all the oratorical skills in creation.
