Is the book Forman Brown's (autobiographical) "Small Wonder: The Story of
the Yale Puppeteers and the Turnabout Theatre," or were you thinking of
another?   The film, I think, is "Turnabout," available through a company
called "videos.com."  they have a web page at that address.
