Hello,
I was watching a video called Invisible Strings about the Salzburg
marionettes and caught a glimps of a molding process which uses some
sort of soft substance to create the mold. I thought that this would be
a wonderful way to eleminate (or at least reduce) the bad effects of
undercuts.
Can anyone tell me something about the process or related
processes? What sort of chemicals are we looking at? Are these
chemicals dangerous (fumes, etc)? Does it require added steps, or can
you simply pour and let it set? And, finally, any idea on price and
sources?
I'd appreciate any info you might have.

Regards,
