Subject: Japanese puppetry page

Dear puppet lovers,

Some people who read my letter on this list asked me about Japanese
puppet theatre. I do not perform any puppetry, and so I cannot tell you
much about Japanese puppetry's situation. Excuse me, please.
But I looked for Japanese puppetry Web sites that can read in
English. Unfortunately I found only a few sites, but I hope they are
interesting to you.
The result is:

JAPAN PUPPETRY ATLAS (Japanese puppetry LINK!)
        http://www.yo.rim.or.jp/~tomte/maps-e.htm

About "Bunraku" (Japanese traditional puppet theatre)

        "BUNRAKU Fan's Room"
        http://ing.alacarte.co.jp/~oichni06/Lbe-fan.html

        "BUNRAKU"
        http://www.mahoroba.or.jp/~bunraku/index-e.htm

        "OTOME-BUNRAKU"
        http://www.dtinet.or.jp/~kimuzi/e.html

Are these sites of help to you?
