I would like to clarify this issue since I have been endeavoring to resolve
it.

The GRFN server on the WWFIN network does not permit access from AOL users
because GRFN cannot service AOL's large community of 6 million users. The
GRFN System Administrator has been made aware that there are AOL users that
would like to participate in the IRC puppet chat and agreed to permit access.
He is working on some technical issues that, hopefully, can be resolved soon.
Moving puppet chat to a server that allows AOL users is another way to
resolve the problem.
