Subject: Great support

Recently there have been a number of postings about
the trials and tribulations of starting new shows and
other endeavors. As someone who is just starting out,
I really appreciate knowing that the first several miles are the
most difficult as a rule. It helps me perservere.

There is no guild for central Virginia/Richmond.
The closest one is in Glen Echo, MD (where the Nat'l Capitol
Puppetry Guild meets) which is three hours away. It seems
there are enough puppeteers in the area and south of here to
form a guild for this area. It's hard to only be able to "recharge"
once a year or every other year at festivals. And real live people
are so much more fun (no offense, everyone) to exchange ideas
with...Any thoughts?
