I am prepared to fabricate the"box" out of aluminum, however, another
possiblity is to make the box out of  fiberglass(one layer of strand matt,
one layer of woven roven) which is in its finished state, is lighter and more
rigid.  The fiberglass box is more machinable.  It cost the same.  It is
easier to reproduce with the simple mold I need to make for the original.
