Warpage does not seem to be a problem. It warps or shrinks far less than plastic wood. (But with my work it is sometimes hard to tell.) I use heat from a light to speed drying for larger ones. We heat our studio with a wood stove. So in the winter I place larger pieces near the stove. In the summer by a window in a sun beam. Warpage may be occuring because the pieces are being cured at too high a temperature.
