Plastic?  I sometimes use a rough surface on the sculpture to give a rough
surface on the final neoprene cast.  It's never sticky or plastic.  Just
another example of people not knowing what they are talking about.  I've used
neoprene since 1981 and love the stuff....I usually buy 50 gal. drums.
