This idea may have been posted here back along, but I can''t find it in the
archives, so forgive me if it's old stuff. It's a fairly quick process for
hair which I picked up somewhere and tried a few times. Make a firmly fitting
stocking or skull cap out of nylon hose then use a crochet hook and hook the
hair material (string, yarn, even hair) through the nylon until you have it
sufficiently covered. Glue it in place (tack it around the edges with hot
glue if you want to change it later)
