A swazzle is a type of reed or whistle that Punch and Judy workers use to
give Punch his distinctive voice. It's small ( 3/8" x 1/2" more or less), and
is kept in the mouth during the performance, much like a bird warbler.

It can be a Punch worker's snack, and can be enjoyed again and again. :-)
