Ann,

I believe the girl's name was Gretl. I have a copy of Pelpup News
(Winter
Edition 1970, #20) that shows Gretl serving with McBoozle in the
background. A gif copy of the photo is located at

(picture file too large to e-mail)
Pelpup news was the official magazine of Pelham puppets and had
playwriting contests, penpals, as well as "how to" and
new marionette information. In case you're wondering, the reason I have
the magazine, is that I won the playwriting contest, my first published
article, and won a marionette from Pelham. At that time, FAO Schwartz
was asking $20 and up for the puppets, a price I could ill afford. So
the contest was very exciting.
    Any other Pelpups out there?

the
girl has blond hair and flowered skirt with a red hat and makes you
think of
Dale Evans. My customer says they have to be at least 70years old. ==Can
any
one give me an idea of their value as he wants to sell both
