Cleveland was having trouble with people in the decorative fountain down
town, but when I was there no one was near the water on a very hot day. 
When I reached to put my hand in the water someone stopped me and
pointed to the sign on the fountain that said DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE. 
Although I didn't try it myself... those around me assured me that the
sign was no joke.
