I have poured latex into a mold, let it set up and cure or not, then pour in
the flexible two part foam...varying the parts varies the flexibility of the
foam...inside the latex.  I prepared a spandex glove for my hand which I
placed into the head and mouth as I poured in the flexible stuff.  Makes a
nice flexible head with moveable mouth and easy access via the spandex
glove....but it takes practice to get it just right and a good helper.
