Playwrighting Contest

$100 Cash Prizes for your best 15 minutes or less.

 Scripts must be intended for puppet theater, no more than fifteen minutes in
length, for a mature audience. The play must be previously unproduced and
unpublished.

 DragonMaker Productions, Portland Area Theater Alliance(PATA), and Columbia
Association of Puppeteers(CAP), are collaborating on a playwrighting contest.
We are offering $100 cash awards and possible production for fifteen minute
scripts written for puppets. Between four and six awards are to be given. We
reserve the right to award no prizes. The postmark deadline is February 15th.
All scripts are to be sent to DragonMaker Productions, 2126 N. Lewis, Portland

 These works will be presented at the PATA stage at the Rose Festivals Art
Celebration. The presentation will be a staged reading with puppets in
progress. If are you are based in Portland Oregon, and interested in
performing, directing, or designing/building puppets for this event please
