Have you tried Gary Busk, or the Dallas Puppet Theatre Press, who reprinted
the Beaton book back in 89.  We picked up our (soft cover) copy at Tahlequah
in 91.

Ray DaSilva lists Beaton's book in catalog #19.  Good luck with McPharlin.  I
remember seeing a copy in the library when I was just getting started 30 years
ago!

Monkbooks.com (I think that's right) actually came up with several copies of
Puppeteer (Paul Vincent Davis) a couple of years ago -- another title that's
been hard to find.  Maybe they can help.
