Subject: Re: PUPT: Plastic wood

I can buy the stuff at any Home Depot or Builders Square. IT is made by
DAP and comes in both regular and latex based. They call it Wood Dough.
It is a nightmare to use because it is always too gooey or too hard.
Acetone does thin it out nicely, but it still cracks when ti dries due to
shrinking. You end up having to go over it a few times with thinner
layers then sand it. It is only $6 a can, so it is worth a try, but mark
my words: it is a pain in the neck.
