It is only in French and Spanish, but it's great to see; quite beautifully laid out, with great images, and a very good sense of puppet theater past and present. I agree with Christopher Piper that "Puppetry Journal" is great and innovative, and invaluable for an understanding of United States puppetry. As Christopher states, UNIMA-USA publishes "A Propos," but quite importantly, it also publishes "Puppetry International," which is building towards the kind of scope and depth of such magazines as PUCK. (I'm partial to this one because I work on its editorial board). "Animations," from the Puppet Centre Trust in England, has a great range and scope, as do such German magazines as "Puppenspiel und Puppenspieler" (which I think now has a new name), from Switzerland; and a German puppet magazine whose title escapes me. Our New York P of A guild (Puppetry Guild of Greater New York) publishes a great little magazine called "Puppet Master," as do many of the guilds across the country. I should mention that a special issue of "The Drama Review," also known as "TDR," focused on puppets, masks, and performing objects, will be published this coming fall. I'm excited about that because I edited it. It has articles on a variety of puppet subjects, past, present, and future. I'll try to post the contents in the future.
