I can understand that. So how about selling passes by number of days, not
specific days? So I can buy a two-day pass, but use them on any two days of
the festival. That way I can wait until the schedule is nailed down before
deciding.

Of course, some people have to give advance notice to get off work, etc., so
that wouldn't solve their problem completely. :)
