There a puppeteer has more fame than here, and you can go free in whatever theatre you want to see a play. Here on the other hand you have more liberty to create, actually in some limits (see the long time ago thread about "Punch and Judy") In Europe if you see a drunk on stage that is seen as funny, here will be a big offense, so you have to avoid those types of characters. Here if you want to you can be your own everything (director, composer, puppeteer) as long as you CAN do it. You do get some credit from the beginning, and you keep it if you are good, in Bucharest at least, you have to prove that you are good and then get some credit.
